Company provides and inputs the following through templates:
- Full company details
- S/EIS details (proposed raise amount, qualifying investor details, previous funding)
- Pitch deck (risk to capital conditions, 3 year financial forecast)
- Share register Bank statement
Extensive review against applicable scheme criteria and Companies House filings.
Comprehensive feedback is returned within 3 days.
Includes detailed application review email and review call to discuss outstanding amendments. Additional application materials are prepared together (continuation of trade tables, clarification letters).
Agent authorisation form signed to assign to myself (SEIS-GO) as nominated agent.
S/EIS1 form completed on companies behalf.
Final materials submitted to HMRC via online portal. Typically, end-to-end application process takes 1-3 weeks.
Advance Assurance approval is typically provided within 3-5 weeks.
Assistance with HMRC follow up or clarification requests.
Partial refund (50%) upon Advance Assurance rejection.
Copy of SEIS approval email and next steps provided.
